Thank you for your interest in the Newt Guilbault Community Baseball League. We are very excited about the upcoming fall ball season and we can't wait to see you at the fields.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE REGISTERING AS THERE ARE CHANGES FROM LAST YEAR:

Newt Guilbault is set to begin the 2026 fall ball season. Practices begin in September with games running on Saturdays and Sundays Noon or 3pm. We ran games this way last fall to avoid traditional fall sports. All players are welcome to join Newt Guilbault regardless of their current skill level. The fall ball season is meant to be a learning and growing season. There is not a championship at the end of the season. Practices are OPTIONAL during the week for all players. Teams will have a game at Noon or 3pm on each Saturday and Sunday. Games are played at Newt Guilbault Fields in Turners Falls MA.

PLEASE NOTE: Payment is due at the time of registration if registering online. If you would prefer to pay with a check or cash, please contact League Secretary Kristin Malone at 413.455.4814 to arrange payment. Payment is due within 2 days of online registration ONLY if paying in person.

REGISTRATION DATES:

2026 registration is open July 2 to Aug 14. Late registration MAY be an option if slots are available. Late registration will include an additional fee of $25.

$85.00 per player
$65.00 for 2nd player (sibling)
$45.00 for 3rd player (sibling)
$25 late registration fee
All parent/guardians are required to work in our concession stand a few times throughout the season. Please be sure you are willing to do this before you sign your child up to play with our league.

UNIFORMS:

Players are required to use their own gray uniform pants.
We will provide a shirt and hat. Please refer to the uniform sizing guide for specifics on uniform sizing.

AGES FOR FALL BALL: Approximate 7yrs-12yrs (If you turned 13 prior to May 1, 2026 you are not eligible - IF you are currently 13 and just finished your last spring season you are still eligible)

I, We, the parent (s) or guardian (s) of the above-named child(ren), who is a candidate for a position on a Newt Guilbault Community League, Inc. baseball team, hereby give permission for his/her participation in any and all of the League or team activities including, but not limited to, tryouts, meetings, practices, scrimmages, games, playoffs, picnics, trips, clinics, interleague games and scrimmages, and fundraisers.

I, We, do in consideration of his/her candidacy, hereby further release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless the Newt Guilbault Community League, Inc, its organizers, officers, directors, sponsors, managers, coaches, appointed supervisors, scorekeepers, and umpires, and all of them and their successors regarding (any and all claims or causes of actions arising from any of the above referred to activities or transportation thereto.

I, We, also waive any claim or cause of action arising as a result of transportation provided for the above referred to activities to the extent not covered by insurance.

I, We, agree to provide a certified birth record or other documentation regarding the above-named child upon request of League officials.

PANTS POLICY*

I understand that I am responsible for acquiring gray uniform pants (belted or elastic) for my player (We have some in the clubhouse if needed so please contact us ahead of time about this).

Photo Release*

I give permission for my child to be photographed during the season. I understand the photo could be used on the Newt Guilbault website or on our social media pages. I do not give my permission for my child to be photographed during the season.
